Originally, the owner Lydie learned the art of baking from her great-aunt back in Canada in 2013. Her aunt mentored her for several years, guiding her passion for baking. Over time, Lydie became largely self-taught, continuing her education through various courses and certifications.

Her dedication to perfecting her craft truly flourished during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when she used the additional time to practice her skills, trying out new recipes and designs for friends, family, and potential clients.

Her artistic and baking talents have since grown exponentially, allowing her to transform Lydie Cake Delight LLC into a thriving business. She continues to pursue her passion for baking, always aiming to bring joy to her clients through her cakes and desserts.
